Lou Hutton is a National Race Officer who has officiated at major regattas such as the Sailing World Cup; SB20, B14 and International Cadet World Championships; the Australian Youth Championship; and many National Championships. She is also a regular facilitator for Australian Sailing's Club, State and National Race Officer accreditation seminars.
